To find duplicate names and changes to one

Hi Team,

I have a column in which we have specific names and their duplicate one also. For example we have  'Sam/ Mohd and Sam/M' i should be changed to one name either of name 'Sam/Mohd or Sam/M.

Another example 'Main James/ Huss and Main J/ Huss'

Do we have anything to find and sort this out? Please find attached.

I am not an expert but this Fuzzy match is always tricky and can not get what we really need.😂
