Title for URL in Report Text tool?

Hi,

I'm using the report text tool to create an email to a user.  In the email I add a url.  The concernis that the url is really long and annoying.  Not being versed in html how do I add a title or tag or something and hide actual url but show a simple title to url?  I've added a picture of how I'm using the tool and hoping someone might be able to provide added insight.
