Timeout error in tree component

Hello All

We have been using tree component and recently started receiving this timeout error 

• Error: Error receiving data: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. (10060)

This error is very random. Sometimes it works but most of the times we get this error.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Check if the server is down or overloaded and also check the network connection.
