Time series ETS model issue

Hi, I am trying to forecast Net revenue for 12 months using ETS model. If I use Auto configuration for ETS I'm getting same forecast for all the 12 months. When I try to customize the configuration It's giving me error. Can some one help me with this. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Ivaturi_Vighnesh ,

 

could you provide a bit more detail? In general, I think a trend and seasonality can not be identified, so all variation in data is considered to be "error".  To be more specific, sample data would be helpful.

 

In addition: If you adjust the model - what did you change? Could you provide the error message?
