There is a user on my team that is unable to output telemetry xml files. Her RunTimeSettings xml file is updated to enable telemetry the same as mine, but she is not outputting the xml files and I am. I blacked out the folder path where she should be outputting xml files, but I did confirm it is correct. Does anyone have any ideas on why her xml telemetry files are not outputting?

Good to hear it's fixed. Just out of curiosity, what was the reason causing this?
I lied... it isn't fixed. I assumed because the <EnableCustomerManagedTelemetry> line was not indented that it was causing the issue. I should have waited to verify it was fixed before saying anything.
That's fine. Would be interested in knowing if it's fixed. Maybe you can raise a ticket to get support from Alteryx?
