Tableau 1.4.0 Upsert/Update - failed to update datasource error

I am working with the Tableau Output v1.40  for first time and running into issues with the Upsert option.

I have configured the tool to use the correct options based on what I know of to have the tool set up correctly:

• Data Source Name: Set
• Output Option: Set to Upsert or Update
• Data Source Metainfo: Blank
• Encrypt at Rest: unchecked
• Local Path: unchecked
• Table Mapping: #1:table1 (as how it was initially created)
• Select Primary Columns: I have selected three columns that should be used as the primary columns. I have also attempted different iterations such as two or just one primary column.

I have double checked the data and verified that I can view it on the Tableau server.  I also followed the steps found in another post that advise to have DCM configured. I have attempted using DCM and non-DCM connections.

Using Alteryx version 2023.1.1.306.

What am I missing?

Running into the same error in Tableau Output v1.3.1. Has anyone found a solution?
