TS Model Factory Error

Hi, I am forecasting for 12 periods for various customer groups and am using the TS Model Factory, which throws and error (attached). Any assistance to resolving this would be much appreciated

Figured the reason for the error: its due to the grouping fields not having 24 months of data

Hi,

I'm receiving the same error using 5 years of data for each group. I have the Time Period Type set to "annually". This works in a standard ARIMA tool (with the dataset queried to one group), but not in the TS Model Factory. Any insight would be appreciated.
