Symbol Issue

Hi,

My text file has below value and it seems every arrow marks move the data to next row so my layout parsed data incorrectly. I have attached both input and layout images for your reference.

I can't able to upload sample data since if i created some dummy data then the workflow works perfectly however i original data not parsed the file properly. I am not able to upload my original file. I used Data Cleansing tool to remove those line breakings but it also remove tabs and whitespaces.
