Parse out A Word + Numbers following the word out of a cell

Say I have the a field like so 

my column	Expected Result
Paragraph 16, 17, 18 & 47 of the Document	Paragraph 16,17,18 & 47
Paragraphs 17.2 & 17.6 of the document	Paragraphs 17.2 &17.6
Paragraph 34-45 and B65 - B66 of the Document	Paragraph 34-45 and B65 - B66

As a way of identifying, using everything after "Of" we dont need.

Hi @wonka1234 I mocked an approach how to tackle this challenge. You can do this using Regex and specifying you want everything up to white space then the word of.
