Swith specific values between columns

How can I switch the highlighted cells to right column?

JUL should be placed in column 3

2021 should be placed in column 1

Here is how you can do it. I am bit confused on last 3 rows though 🤔 can you provide expected output. You would need to create new column to do the switching and renaming.
