Dear Alteryx Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue with the Alteryx PowerBI Output Tool. Despite successful sign-in via browser for Microsoft Account authentication and workspace selection, attempts to update or create datasets result in a "Failed to connect to Platform" error. This issue persists despite confirming that our firewall is not the cause.
We already tried the solution provided in the Alteryx Knowledge Base. Editing the certificate the Tool uses did not work, the Issu was ongoing.
We urgently need your assistance to resolve this connectivity issue. Could we arrange a call to discuss this problem in detail and explore potential solutions? Your guidance is crucial for us to maintain our operational efficiency.
