Summarize for with Dynamic Number of Variables

I am looking to average the scores for a dynamic number of candidates grouped by different capabilities.

Please find attached the test data which resembles the actual data.

So what the final requirement is to average the scores for A,B,C for each capability. The dynamic aspect required is that there could be more or less candidates and even more or less capabilities. The given example is for 3 candidates across 2 capabilities (F, NF). 

Any guidance would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
