[Summarize Tool] Error: Summarize (49)

I am getting this error in summarize tool like "Error: Summarize (49): The field "Field_Name" is not contained in the record {Action=Concat)."

Is this something can be fixed ?

The possibility is the field is missing before summarize tool. Check your input data to summarize tool.

Interestingly there are no fields missing before summarize tool.
