Subtraction from row with multiple variables

Hi all, i need help in subtraction from 2 different rows of data, but i have a few variables:

Project - A, B

Duration - 1Y, 2Y

Department - HR, Finance, Mktg

Country - UK, US

I tried using transpose or multi-row but have no idea how to configure it correctly or i might be using the wrong tools.

You can pivot your data so your country values are separate columns. After you do the subtraction, you can pivot back.

I used a join to get an order column so that I could sort and get the order to UK, US, UK-US.
