Eu olhei para o fluxo de trabalho anexado e, infelizmente, não consigo executá-lo porque o arquivo do Excel não estava anexado. Você pode empacotar o arquivo com seu fluxo de trabalho se usar Opções> Exportar fluxo de trabalho para gravar um arquivo .yxzp ou apenas anexá-lo separadamente.

There's a short version that works in this particular scenario, but I'll caution that a more systematic approach could be used for similar scenarios. Both versions use the Dynamic Rename tool and can be found in the attached workflow. Check it out and let me know if this helps.

Ah! I misunderstood and replaced the field names, not the actual values. I've attached another workflow that shows some methods to achieve what you describe.
There are a few key processes:
- Use a Record ID tool at the beginning to keep everything ordered and organized throughout the process.
- The actual rename occurs in Formula (43). It's a single, simple formula with some transformation before and after.
- Union based on position at the end since fields names aren't the strongest organizer here.
