Struggling with manipulating rows to column names and joining

Hello all,

I am trying to work on something but I am struggling. Here is the issue I am having.

So I have this data like this all separated by name and numbers. The top row (Info, 1,2,3,4) are the headers of the datasheet. The trouble is, I have another data sheet that looks like this.

I am trying to make the entire datasheet joined into one that would look like

I have tried dynamic rename to make the rows into columns and join them but that did not work. I tried to transpose and make them their own columns but it did not work. What is the best option to do this?

I think we can first remove the column "Info" form the data stream then join back after Dynamic Rename.
