Stacked Bar Chart

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a stacked bar chart from my data below

ID	January	February	March	April
327	1	1	1	2
984	2	2	2	3
567	1	1	1	1
098	1	1	1	1

I want the chart to look like this with the contents the number of IDs with group values 1,2 and 3 for each month (sorry for the bad artwork) if anyone could help please?
