Splitting data into columns

Hi,

I have taken extract of PDF into alteryx and two of the columns are not coming as I want.

The example of which is mentioned below

I want my data to be:

Where,

Income fund | 62% | 0%2

Strategies Income Opportunities Fund | 39% | 53%

These two be devided into 3 Columns.

I would use Text to Columns tools with the delimiter as |  ..... probably then clean up the fields and change the percentages into proper numbers.
