Splitting Grouped Numbers into Individual Numbers

Hi,

I'm trying to split the attached numbers up individually.

So, at the moment, I have 1014161929LUCKYSTARS0210

I've used the lottery numbers as an example.

I want it to look like this:

10 14 16 19 29 02 10

If anyone could help, that would be amazing.
