Split string using regex, help please

Hi, 

 

I have a long string contain various values and I only need 2 key value listed below.

 

MailID=8466609a-57e8-45d7-b831-734f9217b3bb&=test@sample.com&

 

Expected Outcome to be in two columns 

MailIDEmai
8466609a-57e8-45d7-b831-734f9217b3bbtest@sample.com

 

Do I need to use text to column and regex?
