Split data and add new table from sheet 2 to Join us one table

Hi, I am trying to test if in possible in Alteryx to split my data and header and join my sheet 2 of the same excel file as one data. You can take a look at my excel file. In my first sheet you can see that one column consist of two different data and my first row should add on as a header as well. How can i do it? I also have a sheet 2 that i would like to see using alteryx can i add in and join as one table? Can anyone give me some advice pls. thank you
