Specifying Save Output Location

My workflow which is an analytical app will be ran monthly and by different users. Each month the file save location will change. I'm using the render tool to output the file. How do I allow the users to specify which save location they want each month? I have been messing arounf the the file browse tool for a bit but can't seem to get it right. I have the render tool set as choose a specifc output file and action type to update the output file but it still doesn 't seem to work. Any suggestions?
