Simple - Combine 2 Excel Files with different sheets into 1 file with 2 different sheets

Hi There, 

I have a possibly a simple question. I wan to combine 2 separate excel files, File 1 and File 2 and I want to create a third file keeping both sheets in each appearing separately in this new output file.
