@Siya1988 I would work with your IT team on this issue. Authenticating to SharePoint can be very tricky, this could be an issue of security configurations or using the wrong authentication method. I know it was successful on the authentication page, but that doesn't always mean it's the correct way to do it per your company's configurations.
Definitely find your SharePoint SME within IT for help getting it setup.
