Set Schedule Location is empty

Hello,

when i try to schedule a workflow i can't select "my computer"

i already reinstalled alteryx. (on drive D)

system settings -> i changed "global workspace" to D and i have changed that "run as a different user"

(to what i can find with cmd and "set user")

Alteryx service is running and i also restartet my pc.

Do i miss something? what can i do?

Hi David,

Did you set the auto-connect option within the Controller > General tab?

Failing that I would then look to see if there are any errors being thrown, if you head to the Folders in the global workspace there will be logs in there, or the Windows Event Log perhaps too

auto connect is enabled.

Ah ok, not sure those logs suggest anything with the scheduler part.

You might be best to raise a ticket with support in order to get the quickest resolution.

for everyone who might have the same problem: it helped me to change the language to english. in german i miss the option "my computer".
