Serialize rows

Hi, I have an output containing multiple columns and rows. I would like to add a column whereby to serialize (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc) my rows. I tried multi row formula but it returned blank. Appreciate your advice!

Do you mean to add a number that increments itself by one for each record?

If so the Record ID tool in the preparation section does just that.
