Self Join to fill missing Cell values

I have a dataset 

Match	Col A
1	A
1
2	B
2
2
3	C
4
3
4	D

I need to fill Col A for every empty cell. Join with Column Match.

Desired output

Match	Col A
1	A
1	A
2	B
2	B
2	B
3	C
4	D
3	C
4	D

Hi @NidhiAg you can sort your data and then use a multirow tool.
