Select latest time for the same date.

Hi,

Given below is my input data. I need to have one date for a given event. I want to filter this using "Last updated' column. It should look for the "latest time" and filter out the records because the last updated date is same.

Event	Event date	Last updated
Event 1	2/15/2019	5/26/2018 3:53
Event 1	2/22/2019	5/26/2018 7:19
Event 1	3/22/2019	5/3/2018 3:18

My output should be (display line 2 Event and Event date)

Event	Event date
Event  1	2/22/2019

Please help.

I would sort by Last Updated descending so the latest file is towards the top, then Sample the information grouping the column by Event. This way if you have more events, you would get the latest updated per event.
