Scrolling stops at edge of screen

This may be a Windows setting issue but it used to be if I dragged my connector past the viewable screen, Alteryx would scroll to where I am trying to go. Now, it just stops at the edge of my screen. Is there a way to change this setting?

Also, I could previously scroll to the right for extra space but it is essentially locked wherever the furthest right tool is
