Scheduling email in dekstop designer

I have a workflow built and in the input sheet against each entry I have a cadence mentioned how frequently I want the emails to be sent (weekly or quarterly). How can I do this in designer?

You cannot. Alteryx Desktop Designer does not natively support running on scheduled. Server and Scheduler do. Scheduler is no longer sold.
