Same Value Greater than twice

We are working on data where are trying to extract only those values where one code appears more than twice in any of the months.

Below the sample data:

Customer	January	February	March	April	May	June	July	August	September
850000				130
79089045							120
4905869						190		190
5869483	111	111	111
6700000			211	212		213

Output:

Customer	January	February	March	April	May	June	July	August	September
4905869						190		190
5869483	111	111	111
