Recently, we migrated to the Microsoft Azure Cloud and since then, our Salesforce tool on Alteryx has not worked.
We think there could be an issue with the DCM connector and was wondering if anyone else has ran into this issue before.
We can't seem to diagnose the issue internally- can anyone help?

Do you mean your Server is n Azure VM? How are you authing into Salesforce? Do you have a cert? Does salesforce expert a cert? did you register it? Does your VM have IP whitelisting to SFDC?
Just reading this -> it looks like SFDC has a cert set as part of it's auth. The cert was connected to the old Server. You have not registered the new cert with SFDC. SFDC is not happy.
