Can anyone please help me implementing below attached Data Set in Alteryx? 

 

Please consider "Data" tab to be build in Alteryx.

Hi @Meoth ,

 

I think, using a Filter tool to remove rows without entry in Adjustment and a Summarize tool to sum the amounts by criteria in columns A, B and D does the job. I've attached a sample workflow. Let me know if it works for you.
