SAP report tool (DVC025)

Hello, 

I'm trying to do testing in DVC, and when I try enter "FBL3N" & "FBL1N" no report and variant are showning so I can select from! 

With the same testing user, my collegue tried to open FBL3N and it opened with her but with error message regarding not all functionality could be used due to some API criteria.

I'm wondering why we have different situation although it is the same user? and how to solve these two issues?

Have you tried to create and save a variant first in SAP?

I was trying to use SAP Report tool in Alteryx, and thanks to you I have created my own variant in GSAP and all is working fine.
