S3 Upload - Error when having = in Bucket Name

I have googled and searched in this discussion forum but I'm still unable to find the answer.

I got an error when using = in Bucket name, e.g. test_partition/date=20210219

It works for the following format.

test_partition/20210219

test_partition/date_20210219

test_partition/date-20210219

Below is my error. It looks irrelevant and sound like sign in error but the only change I have in the tool is the sub-folder in bucket name

"Error: Amazon S3 Upload (5): Error from AWS: The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your key and signing method."
