Round-Robin Assignment

Hi, I hope this is the right place to ask for help. I can't seem to figure this out.

Account with largest bookings is assigned first to an owner with lowest sales during the time of assignment.

Could you attach a screenshot with output based on above inputs ?

Also, what happens to remaining accounts who are not assigned to any owner ? (basically, when number of records are not same, what happens in such a scenario)

Hi, i'm looking for maybe something like this: 

Since Ryan has the least amount of sales, he'll receive the account with the most bookings. On a much larger scale (if the accounts are thousands, the total bookings these 4 owners have should be almost equal.
