Is there any role-based security options for Alteryx Designer?

What are you trying to accomplish?

I am trying to restrict certain information based on users. For example, if I have a ten users accessing the same information (blended datasets) with specific emails, I can ensure that each specific user only sees the data that pertains to their work.

Is the data already protected at rest? Is your desire row or column security or both?

The data is protected at rest. Both row and column security

No but yes. You could construct a RBAC callable application using Python and have Alteryx read from that input. After it is read it is however in memory and unprotected.
