I am trying to restrict certain information based on users. For example, if I have a ten users accessing the same information (blended datasets) with specific emails, I can ensure that each specific user only sees the data that pertains to their work.

No but yes. You could construct a RBAC callable application using Python and have Alteryx read from that input. After it is read it is however in memory and unprotected.
