Reverse Transpose

I am new to Alteryx and struggling to do reverse transpose. I have spent hours and still can't figure it out. 

The process that I want to do is shown in Reverse Transpose.png file

Thanks for replying me. I cannot believe that the processes are not straight forward as putting Cross Tab tool in front of Transpose tool. Anyway, I satisfied with you answer and have accepted it as the solution. Thanks a lot! - from Malaysia.
