Restrict the output function

As our company policy not allow user to export the data to physical file (on screen only), could I disable the output related function from Alteryx desktop permanently?

Hi @luibill 

While you cannot explicitly disable output functionality from Alteryx, it will respect the read/write access permissions that you have granted the users in your organization. Therefore if their user accounts are restricted from writing to the desktop, they won't be able to do so via Alteryx.
