Require Help in formulating 2 columns after summarising the data

Hello,

I require help in first summarising the Raw data tab as per the sheet 1 and then need to add to columns for performance rating and promotions.

The conditions for performance rating is that it will come from the raw data but it should be depicting the number of people who have achieved either 4 or 5 in the column EP in the raw sheet.

The conditions for Promotions is to depict a number who have a "Y" in the column DG.

So basically every row once summarised as per the sheet 1 tab will be unique and we need the numbers for each row in the columns for performance and promotions as mentioned above.
