Reporting palate(Table)

Hi Folks,

I have Doubt, please let me know how can I resolve that.

I want the Result required table in the reporting tool (Table tool) as well in the same format

Please let me know how we can get the required result. with percent symbol in the report table. In report table all the results automatically convert to round numbers but i want the same result as the Alteryx result window's required formatting in the result such as adding the % symbol and get 1 or 2 decimal place values.
