Repeat Header Part Codes

Hi. I am new to Alteryx and still finding my way. I don't know if this is possible but I thought I would ask....

Please see table below. The rows between the zero positions are related to each other with 'zero' being the header part. So I can filter out each header and associated part I want to add a new column with the part in position zero against each part in the group. Is this possible? 

The only way to differentiate between each group is zero at the start.

Hello, 

I used to formulas to get you there. The first looks for the 0 and takes the Part from that. The second Multi-Row Formula looks for empty cells in between and takes the value from the row above it.
