Render to group files

hi experts,

I got workflows that create three tabs in one excel file, of each of the tab, there's one field F_ID, I want to separate the one excel file to multiple files group by values from F_ID, eg, if there's 10 F_ID, I would like to have 10 files, each file have three tabs and data shows only the specific F_ID value. I simplified my original one excel file as three text inputs for your reference, I tried render field to group on F_id, I can get multiple files but I cannot make three tabs on each file, can you help?

Based on the flow @Bren_Spill2 I made some cosmetic changes to have the correct the Field name as the original input.
