Removing rows from excel is the column value doesnt exist in other column

I need to remove the rows where Source=’SAP’ and the Reference Document Number does not match with any Doc Number in the sheet.
I have tried with filtering the two sources, taking unique doc number and ref doc num and doing a left outer join. But I am not getting the desired result. Could anyone guide me in the right direction. Thanks in advance!

By the way, is my assumption correct if I state that you only want to maintain the rows which don't have SAP as a source and of which the EDWBO Document number is does not match the Reference Document number?

I want to keep all the rows with source EDW BO and out of rows with source as SAP only those whose Reference Document Number matches the Doc Number in the rest of the sheet. Attached the excel in the previous reply.
