Recieving Error Parsing XML when uploading workflow to server

I am using the action tool to input dates into my Queries. 

I can run workflow on my local PC, but when I try to upload I get the above error?

do you think you could replicate issue even with one string example and share?

 A string example and configuration of the Parsing tool would be great start.
