Receiving tableau code instead of alteryx

Hello, 

 

I applied for a student alteryx code but I was instead sent a tableu product code. What can I do to receive an alteryx license?

We do offer free licenses of Designer to students via the SparkED program. Just fill out this form and you'll get an email afterwards... additional info available here.

Hi, 

 

I did fill out that form. Instead of letting an alteryx license, I got a tableau product key. Here is a screen shot of my email that I received after filling that form out.

Hi, I got a message from sheer ID about my issue. There was an error in my email address. It was khjohn243@asu.edu instead of kjohn243@asu.edu. How can I fix this issue?
