Reading zip file, error - Too many fields

Im unable to decode the transactions file from the attached zip. when I read it with '/0' delimiter it gives out text with row 3 and 4 having the column names.

@binuacs Row 2 and 3 is having the column names and row 5 and 6, 10 and 11 having the values. Can you help me align them.
