Reading in multiple rows and separating into individual columns

Hi designer community,

 

I'm totally new to Alteryx but can already see how to leverage it to solve many problems, I just haven't quite figured it out yet. I 

 

I have an excel file that has data in  multiple rows as below:

The desired output is something like this:

I have tried to use a Regex parse but the results were far from desired. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
