Raw Data into Alteryx Date Format

Hi,

Fairly new to Alteryx and attempting to convert dates in the raw data format (1) to the desired Alteryx date format (2):

Would like to be able to identify weekdays vs. weekends eventually and be able to remove federal holidays at some point.

And for Federal holidays, I dont have a definition, so you can use a Join Tool with your defined holidays.
