R and Python Libraries on the server

Hi Everyone

 

I need to install some additional R and Python libraries on the Alteryx server. I can't install libraries in the usual way (install.packages in case or R and pip install in case of Python) to install libraries due to security reasons. I have read somewhere that I have to send the list of libraries to Alteryx support so that they can incorporate those libraries during their next server upgrade. Is that true?
